Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the product and receive a refund according to the terms set by our supplier. Please follow the instructions below.

 

1. Return Process

I. Return Request

1. To initiate a return, please send an email to our corporate address (flawless.skin.ipl@gmail.com) including your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. 

2. Upon receiving your request, our customer support team will contact you with further return instructions and provide a return address, if needed.

 

II. Return Methods

1. If the product does not need to be returned, choose your preferred method of refund: store credit or a refund to the original payment method. 

2. If the product needs to be returned, you will be provided with a free return label within 90 days from the date of the return request (with some exceptions).

 

III. Returning the Product

1. Ensure all returned products are placed in one package, using the provided label for shipment. 

2. Send the package via USPS/UPS or another suggested shipping method within 90 days from the date of your order.

 

2. Return Shipping Costs

 

The first return from a single order is free of charge. If you need to return additional items from the same order, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

3. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 90 days of the shipping date. The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, with all components and packaging intact.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Products that show signs of use, damage, or evident defects caused during use.

 

5. Refund Process

1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. 

2. The funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (or another period depending on supplier conditions).

 

6. How to Return a Product

1. Contact us to receive a return label. 

2. Pack the product, ensuring all components and documents are included. 

3. Attach the provided label and send the product within 90 days from the order date. 

4. The return will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the product.
