Shipping policy

We offer Standard, Express, and International shipping options.

Orders will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout.

If you need to ship orders to different addresses, please place separate orders and enter the respective address for each.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

We ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, and PO boxes.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will depend on your location and will be shown at checkout. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii usually take 8-21 business days.

1. Order Confirmation:

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

2. Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email with your tracking number.

3. Delivery Status:

You can track your order or check your account for updates on its delivery status.

Delivery Delays:

Flawless Skin is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural events or situations outside our control, including delays with the courier or customs clearance.

Risk of Loss:

Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to you.

Reporting Issues:

If your order is lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, be sure to include photos. Ulike may restrict or deny refunds or reshipments in certain cases. Courtesy reshipments cannot be returned or refunded.  

Duties and Taxes:

Local taxes and import duties may apply to international orders and are not included in the total cost at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient. Since our products are sold worldwide, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations with customs before ordering.
